1. eNrich-Club Promotion Period 1.1. The eNrich-Club promotion is organized by Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited and follows promotion period announced on www.erich-club.com. 2. Participant Qualifications 2.1. The eNrich-Club is open to all residents holding a valid identity card or passport and all visitors holding valid travel documents. 2.2. Employees, temporary employees, agents, successors and assignees of Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this promotion, as well as family and household members of the same, shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. 3. Entry Requirements 3.1. Participants who complete the Registration Form and provide the right answer to the question on Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited website at www.enrich-club.com during the promotion period will be eligible to enroll. Each participant is limited to 1 lucky draw entry only. 3.2. The cut-off time for online registration will be at 11:59 pm on the promotion end date. 3.3. Participants should examine the details shown on the Registration Form as any discrepancies will not be entertained. 4. Announcement of Result and Prize Redemption 4.1. There will be 500 prizes to be offered. Participants will be required to provide personal details and answer a simple question correctly to entitle a chance to win a free gift. 4.2. Winners will be drawn from randomly via a computer from the eligible entries registered during the promotion period, and notified by individual email with prize redemption details within 1 month after promotion period. 4.3. To redeem a prize, winners must present their identity card or travel document as indicated on the Registration Form, and the redemption winning notice (stating eNrich-Club member code) issued by Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited. Prize redemption period, usually 3 months, will be announced on the winning notice. 5. General Terms and Conditions 5.1. By becoming an eNrich-Club Member, participants accept and agree to be bound by the eNrich-Club Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, as well as the Disclaimers and Privacy Policy set out in www.nuancewatson.com.hk 5.2. Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited reserves the right to withhold the prizes (or reclaim the prizes if awarded), and award them to any such person or dispose of them in such manner and as Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited deems fit if the winner is subsequently disqualified or is to provide invalid data. 5.3. Without prejudice to the other provisions herein contained, a winner's entitlement to claim his / her prize will be forfeited if he / she fails to present his / her valid identity card or travel document as indicated on the Registration Form, and the redemption notice issued by Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited or to redeem or claim his / her prize in accordance with these terms and conditions, the directions given by Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited. 5.4. Winners who fail to claim their prizes before the deadline designated by Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited will be considered as having given up their right to claim their prizes. 5.5. Any winner, whose prize (or prize entitlement) has been forfeited, is not entitled to any payment or compensation from Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited. Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited reserves the right to award or dispose of the forfeited prizes in such manner and to such person as it deems fit. 5.6. Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited reserves the right to disclose and publish the names and such other particulars of the winners or their representatives where applicable (including photographs), in such mode and manner as Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited may in its sole discretion deem appropriate for publicity purposes. Participants, by joining the eNrich-Club, consent (and should procure consent from their representatives where applicable) to such disclosure and publication, and agree to co-operate with and participate in the activities, including the eNrich-Club prize presentation ceremony (if any) and other related promotional and advertising activities, organized by Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited for this purpose. 5.7. All prizes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash from Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited. 5.8. Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited may, at its sole discretion and without consultation or reference to participants, at any time substitute or replace any prize with any other prizes of equal or similar value at the choice of Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited. 5.9. The decision of Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited on all matters relating to, or in connection with, the promotion shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited shall have the right to contact the participants for any future marketing promotions other than any matter concerning the eNrich-Club. 5.10. Any violation by the participants of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification of the relevant participants. 5.11. The copyright of the material, text, graphics, logos and images on any promotional materials of the eNrich-Club belong to Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited solely and exclusively. The contents on the promotional materials of the eNrich-Club may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes not expressly permitted by Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited. 5.12. All prizes and offers are subject to relevant legal requirements and restrictions. 5.13. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision in these terms and conditions shall not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. 5.14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong Courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to deal with all matters relating to these terms and conditions. 5.15. These terms and conditions are written in English and Chinese. In case of inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail. 6. Disclaimer 6.1. Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these terms and conditions, and any arrangements in connection with the eNrich-Club, and may withdraw or discontinue the operating of the eNrich-Club at any time at its sole discretion, and without prior notice or liability. 6.2. Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited shall not be liable in any way to any person for any loss or damage (whether direct or otherwise) arising from or in connection with the eNrich-Club, including but not limited to any error or omission in conducting the draws, loss or destruction of eNrich-Club entries or other property or belonging, or any notice or correspondence which is misdirected, mislabeled, delayed or lost in the post or otherwise. 6.3. Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited shall not be liable in any way to any person (whether by way of indemnity or contribution or otherwise) for any claim whatsoever arising from or in connection with the eNrich-Club and gift redemption whether for property damage, personal injury or death or of any other nature whether or not the same is caused by the act, omission or negligence of Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited. 6.4. Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited (and their respective employees, directors, officers, agents and assigns) shall not be responsible or liable for the lost, late, mechanically duplicated, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, tampered with, corrupted or misdirected entries, entries not received in time for the draws to gift redemption, or for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, tampered with, corrupted or misdirected transmission, or for any kind of problems (technical or otherwise) with, failure or malfunction of any telephone network and/or transmission line, computer systems or equipment, servers, providers, hardware or software, or for any lost or unavailable network connections, or for failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer data/ transmission, or any combination thereof which may prevent or limit one's ability to participate in the eNrich-Club gift redemption, save and except for those attributable to the willful default or gross negligence of Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited. If for any reason, the computer system in whole or in part is not capable of running, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited, which corrupt or affect the administration, secrecy, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the eNrich-Club, Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and/or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend all activities of eNrich-Club.
