In 2005, our HKIA stores pioneered an innovative free “Arrival Collection Service” that freed Hong Kong residents and returning outbound travellers from the hassle of having to struggle with overweight luggage when shopping before their departures. Our Scent & Beauty store in HKIA’s Terminal 2 has joined forces with international skincare brand, Jurlique, to offer refreshing, revitalising 15-minute pre-flight spa treatments and soothing hand, neck and facial massages.
